Alright so for those of you who might not know, black sabbath (yes yes the godfathers, the wizards that started it all) reunited recently with the great ronnie james dio on vocals (as the original sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne is too busy with his reality shows and what not). Dio replaced Ozzy on vocals first in 1980 if i'm not mistaken. after which they released the album "Heaven and Hell". other sabbath studio albums with dio on vocals were "The Mob Rules(1981)" and "Dehumanizer(1992)". well anyway, i recently watched Heaven and Hell (Which is what they're callin the new band) on a DVD of a concert in 2007.... unfuckinbelievable....Dio certainly isn't the same as he was vocally 35 years ago but fuck man the guy is 66 years old!!! watching this concert, i thought it's really appropriate that his name is Dio (Which translates to god)...wow..at that age...oh and of course Tony Iomi is fuckin amazing as well...the whole band is...here's a video of one of the songs from that concert...If you like it i suggest you find and watch the entire thing to feel it properly...
