wednesday....one more day and we fly to bangalore...to see the greatest metal band to ever walk the earth..."the beast that spawned the imitators"....yes...tomorrow we fly to bangalore...to see iron maiden live...yeah you read right...iron maiden...

So naturally those who know me...or those maiden fans reading this should understand the state i'm in right now....actually the state i should be in....extreme hysterics...but i'm not...bacause there are so many things to prevent that from happening...so many fucking issues to deal with before we actually end up at the bangalore palace grounds screaming our nuts off...

How important is this trip to me??? it is single handedly the most important thing to ever take place in my life...my favourite band since i was 12 years old...yes its a pretty big fucking deal...

First maiden song i ever heard was run to the hills...was so stunned at its brilliance...remember it like it was yesterday...wanted to see them live ever since...

Getting visa was a bitch...got it done on monday...arrived at the indian high commission by about 7.00 and was there pretty much the whole day...must have spent more than 3 hours just standing in the lines...what saved me that day from going totally insane and having a nervous breakdown was my trusty ipod...which i am afraid to say are on its last legs...well after all the abuse that thing has been through its no surprise...well the lines were no problem though the people standing behind me were looking at me in wierd ways...headphones blaring at maximum volume...well what the hell...just minded my own business and listened to a very diverse range of rock and metal which included songs by maiden(doi), nevermore, twisted sister, guns n roses, hammerfall, skid row, iced earth, dragonforce, within temptation, gama ray, lamb of god, nightwish and sabbath among others(in total random order)...well point is what got me through that day was the music...if didnt have the ipod with me that day i would probably have ended up hitting someone...seriously....

Well the lines were just one of the issues there...i had to then deal with lots of beaurocratic indians who have their indian flag shoved up their arses>:XX...a pit of asswipes...the whole process took the whole day...arrived at the high commission in the morning and left at about 6.30 in the evening...but hey i left the place with the visa in my hand so...no one was hurt...

Then more complications arise at headquaters where certain members of the click are going crazy...more people are added, people dropping out...its absolute chaos at kotta road...

In all of this confusion...all i'm saying is...just get me to see iron maiden...thats all i want...well i trust the problems are being sorted as we speak...today we meet with the whole maiden army and finalize everything...tomorrow we fly...

we're making a pilgrimage...to worship at the feet of the gods....and i am going to have the GREATEST FUCKING TIME OF MY LIFE...get ready bangalore we're coming for you...

UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS UP THE IRONS
